The project is a 10 story renovation that includes upgrading and replacing HVAC equipment, modernizing existing elevators, replacing an emergency generator, upgrading lighting, installing new cabinets, new appliances, and upgrading most interior finishes.  Exterior upgrades include replacement of the storefront entrances, exterior caulking, new landscaping and roof replacement.  The project is located at 2001 15th Street Northwest, Washington, DC.
