Project Description:  Located in Olney, MD this assisted living facility consists of 94 beds on three floors.  The first two floors are designated for assisted living, and the third floor is designated for memory care.  The building is type 2-A, non-combustible construction, with metal bearing walls and concrete decks.  The project will utilize VRF HVAC systems, approximately 50% of the roof is a green roof, and the project will seek LEED certification.
