Construction

This LEED Silver project is located on the waterfront in the Fells Point neighborhood of Baltimore, MD. Four stories of type 5A residential construction above a CIP concrete podium. This project has been accepted into Maryland's Voluntary Cleanup Program. The building will contain 5,900 s.f. of retail and will wrap a seven story post-tension parking garage. All structures will bear on special foundations.
