The Avenel at Montgomery Square is a garden apartment community consisting of eight three-story walk up buildings with internal garages and a four-story manor building with an elevator. The manor building includes the leasing center and clubhouse with a business center and an exercise room. All buildings are wood-framed over slab on grade foundations. The exteriors include brick and vinyl siding with architectural roof shingles and vinyl windows.
