Construction

The Sheffield Greens community consists of nine three-story wood-framed apartment buildings with two two-story “Villa” townhouse-style units located at the end of each building. The buildings are wood-framed with vinyl and brick exteriors; the project also included the construction of a tot-lot and landscaping. Built for American Communities Properties Trust.
