Laurel Square's exterior renovation encompassed 982 fully-occupied apartments in 101 garden-style buildings.  The scope of work included installing a controlled access system, replacing windows, sliding glass doors, and roofing, improving site lighting, gating the community, site concrete and parking lot improvements, and upgrading corridor finishes.
