The Veteran's Center assignment included the complete gut renovation of a 20,000 square foot, three-story veteran’s center annex, previously used to house army veterans. The scope of the renovation included new structural infrastructure, roof, and windows, as well as new mechanical, plumbing, electrical and life safety systems. The project included 35% LSDBE participation.
