Renovation of the Spa Cove community included exterior improvements such as new balcony rails, new storefronts, and controlled security access, as well as painting and landscaping upgrades. Interior renovation included a complete gut to wood studs and the installation of all new finishes, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and new lighting.
