Hunters Branch at Vienna Metro is a Mid-Rise apratment community that includes Includes 552 apartment units with both structured and surface parking, 93 condominium homes, 54 town homes, 200,000 square foot office building, 3 acres preserved as open green space. The apartment homes were built in partnership with The Bozzuto Group and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, while the condominiums were done for The Bozzuto Group, the town homes for Osprey Development Company and the office buildings for Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company.
