Mariner Bay is a 12-story, high-rise apartment community consisting of 209 luxury apartment units above 95,000 square feet of retail, and an adjacent structure with more than 1,000 parking spaces, all located in the heart of Annapolis Towne Centre, Annapolis’s new 35-acre, two million-square foot, mixed-use development. The community will also feature a rooftop terraces with pool, clubroom, fitness center, and business center. The project was completed in 2009 for the following owners: The Bozzuto Group, Greenberg Gibbons Commercial, and Prudential Real Estate Investments
