Bozzuto Homes congratulates you on your marriage. As our way of helping you get started on your new life together, Bozzuto offers an exclusive Bridal Registry to help you with the purchase of a new Bozzuto home*. Engaged couples who are interested in purchasing a Bozzuto Home should register to become eligible. At the time of registration, we will put you in contact with our designated lender to assist you in the pre-qualification process.

At the time of closing, Bozzuto Homes will match the funds you receive towards the purchase of a new home, up to $15,000.

*Restrictions apply. Funds cannot be in excess of 6% of sales price and will vary per lender requirements based on your situation. Bozzuto’s matching contribution may only be used towards the purchase of options and/or closing costs on a new Bozzuto Home at a participating community. Some couples may not be eligible for this program and lender will require a marriage certificate to verify eligibility. Should you choose not to purchase a Bozzuto Home, there is no cash value associated with this offer. You must use our designated lender and register in advance of writing a contract on a Bozzuto Home.
